As a former competitive figure skater, I learned early on that athletic performance is built through discipline, consistency, and mental resilience. Years of training shaped my understanding of movement, strength, recovery, and the mindset required to pursue long-term progress.
Today, I bring that foundation into my coaching approach, combining strength training, nutrition guidance, and performance-focused programming to help clients train with purpose and confidence.
